Each Cottage Includes:

•Completely equipped kitchen with coffee pot and toaster
•Private bathroom with shower
•Spacious deck
•Individual patio with barbecue
•Propane or electric heat
•Stone fireplace or woodburning stove
•Linens and towels
•Bring beach towels

Deposits and Payments:

Reservations of two nights or less are charged the first night's reservation cost, including taxes, upon booking. Reservations of three nights or more are charged 50% of the total reservation cost, including tax upon booking. All outstanding reservation costs, including taxes, will be charged upon check-in.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notices received 31 days or more prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellation notices received 30 days or less from the arrival date, including reservations made within 30 days of the arrival date, will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost, including taxes.

Additional Terms:

Cancellations due to early departures are not refundable.
Deposits made by check will be refunded less cancellation fee by check.
Deposits made by credit card will be refunded less cancellation fee by credit card.
